FCTV has been invited by UN-Habitat to attend the Africa Regional Steering committee Meeting of the Global Energy Network for Urban Settlements (GENUS). Considering FCTV work in the field of energy access, this meeting has been moments to introduce FCTV to the GENUS network, share experiences and lessons learned with other current members (UN-Habitat, Environmental Development Action, Human Info, etc.). Subsequent field trips have been organised and coordinated by UN-Habitat (the executive secretariat of the GENUS network) at some green energy facilities. It was also time to review GENUS organisation and administrative documents & procedures (GENUS secretariat operationalisation, GENUS constitution, GENUS expert database, and the anchoring strategy beyond development account support, etc.).
